Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Tempe, AZ. The role is Hybrid Onsite (3 days on site, 2 days remote). You will提供 first-level infrastructure support, triage, and incident resolution across enterprise servers, storage, and related components.

The ideal candidate has experience in systems engineering, familiarity with Linux and Windows Server, proficiency with ServiceNow, and strong PowerShell scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with server hardware, SAN, NAS, and storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Unix/Linux) and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with incident management in a large-scale enterprise setting, using tools like ServiceNow.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform rapid troubleshooting and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level infrastructure support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting for enterprise server operating systems, hardware, storage, and related infrastructure components.
• Participate in low to moderately complex projects, identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Conduct rapid triage, troubleshooting, and elevate issues as needed to ensure service continuity.
• Document workflows and infrastructure configurations to optimize team knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Support the deployment, reconfiguration, and maintenance of enterprise hardware and software.
