The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will work with Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, SAN and NAS, maintaining workflows and incident resolutions while contributing to operational excellence and service

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of server hardware, SAN, and NAS technologies.
• Proven incident management and production support experience.
• Ability to perform rapid troubleshooting, triage, and escalation as needed.
