Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Monitor Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
- Monitor storage and server hardware performance.
- Assist with operational maintenance activities.
- Support enterprise infrastructure availability and performance.
- Monitor ServiceNow incident queues and triage alerts.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams when needed.
- Document incidents and resolutions; maintain knowledge articles.
