Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Experience with reporting management on infrastructure programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of cost, schedule, change, document reporting from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program controls reports and projects in support of the overall Program Director and Program Controls Director.
• Leads the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Identifies interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts.
• Collaborates with project managers to ensure adequate resource availability and utilization.
• Defines and refines program-level objectives with senior leadership.
• Provides guidance to project controls teams and ensures effective management of elements.
• Facilitates clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Provides regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements.
