Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or related field.
• Experience with project planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Exposure to automation or AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing initiatives with project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities and meetings, document decisions, track actions, and escalate delays or risks.
• Develop and maintain project resources, workflows, and implementation materials.
• Manage low-complexity projects or defined workstreams with PMO guidance.
• Prepare senior leadership presentations and Steering Team materials on progress and risks.
