Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure teams.
• 4+ years in infrastructure engineering practices: networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and data center management.
• 3+ years of Azure operations experience.
• ITIL/ITSM experience and incident management proficiency.
• Familiarity with observability tools to improve reliability and MTTR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a blended IT operations and infrastructure engineering team.
• Oversee data center and colo management, hosting, virtualization, storage and replication.
• Manage AD, Fortinet/Cisco devices, and end-user engineering across regions.
