Job summary

Ringside Talent seeks a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager in Cleveland, OH to lead design, migration, and operations of cloud and on‑prem environments in a hybrid setting. You will shape the infrastructure strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with IT leadership to align tech with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in infrastructure, deep cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and proven leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
Experience managing on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and traditional infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead and develop infrastructure teams.
Excellent leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
Develop and execute infrastructure strategy balancing cloud scalability with on-premises reliability.
Oversee architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
Drive cloud migration initiatives while optimizing existing on-premises systems.
Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery across hybrid environments.
Partner with IT leadership to align infrastructure with business needs.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tooling.
Oversee budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
