Job summary

Wells Fargo seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to provide senior expertise and operational leadership for trader voice recording infrastructure, including NICE, Verba, Proteus, and related platforms. The role requires guiding L1 teams and managing work through Jira boards, with hybrid on-site responsibilities in Charlotte.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in regulated voice recording environments, strong enterprise infra knowledge, and experience migrating from on-prem to cloud, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
• Prior experience migrating between recording platforms or performing platform consolidation.
• Experience with on prem to cloud migration of infrastructure or application workloads.
• Understanding of build/deploy pipelines, release management, and configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform maintenance and lifecycle management.
