InfoVision Inc. is seeking an experienced NICE SmartReach / LiveVox Platform Engineer to join the Contact Center and Telephony team in a hybrid environment.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with SmartReach and enterprise outbound campaigns, including configuration, launch, and troubleshooting in production. The engineer will translate operational requirements into platform changes, support the extension or conversion to FTE, and ensure compliant dialing operations while minimizing

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with NICE SmartReach / LiveVox in a large production contact center environment.
Deep knowledge of LiveVox/SmartReach platform configuration and administration.
Strong experience independently building, configuring, launching, managing, and troubleshooting outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

Configure, operate, and troubleshoot SmartReach/LiveVox in production.
Translate business and operational requirements into platform configuration.
Support completion and stabilization of SmartReach implementation and ongoing engineering support for outbound campaigns.
Investigate issues, implement configuration changes, and validate results.
