Job summary

Synopsys Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect, Principal to design and optimize scalable cloud storage architectures and hybrid storage strategies that bridge cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

The role develops data lifecycle models, secure storage with encryption and auditing, and backup solutions for rapid recovery. You will optimize performance, collaborate with FinOps, and work on cost-effective storage strategies across varied workloads.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field and seven (7) years of experience in cloud storage solutions, hybrid storage integration, and data lifecycle management.
Alternative: Master's degree and five (5) years in cloud storage solutions, hybrid storage integration, and data lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Design scalable cloud storage architectures.
Propose hybrid storage strategies for seamless cloud and on-premise integration.
Formulate comprehensive data lifecycle strategies and tiered storage models.
