Job summary

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Works with Regulatory Publishing Team Members to Publish and Web Verify Regulatory Documents on a Monthly and Adhoc Basis.
Prepares and distributes version control spreadsheets.
Prepares evidence for Daily and Monthly Checklists.
Updates and maintains all retail publishing events on SharePoint.
May Interact with a variety of groups across the company, including Legal, Fund Treasury, Marketing, MFS Transfer Agency.
Ensures materials are timely, available and deadlines are met.
Prioritizes multiple projects/deliverables with competing deadlines on a daily basis.
Assist other teams in client reporting to complete weekly deliverables.
