Job summary

MFS offers a Summer Internship designed to give students hands-on experience in investment finance within a global asset manager environment.

The 10-12 week internship starts June 9, 2027 and ends August 13, 2027. Interns work 35-40 hours weekly and are paid hourly, with a hybrid on-site/remote schedule. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be rising seniors (class of 2028).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Monthly analysis of general ledger accounts and activity.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support the close process.
• Assist in preparation of journal entries in the general ledger.
• Assist in oversight of calculation and reporting of financial intermediary payments.
• Ad hoc projects and analyses as required.
