Job summary

MFS offers a Summer Internship in Compliance in a hybrid work environment. The position provides hands-on experience in regulatory requirements, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration within an investment management setting.

Interns work full-time for 10-12 weeks, from June to August 2027, with an hourly rate of $21.00–$25.00. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be rising seniors (class of 2028).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Interest in Compliance function within an investment management environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation of compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compliance efforts with broader company objectives.
• Gain exposure to how compliance supports organizational operations and regulatory expectations.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the Corporate Compliance team as needed.
