Job summary

Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) is offering a Summer Internship in Boston as part of the Global Client Service team. The internship runs 10–12 weeks starting June 9, 2027 and ending August 13, 2027, with 35–40 hours per week, paid hourly, and a hybrid work arrangement (2 remote days, 3 on-site days).

You will gain meaningful experience in investing, mutual funds, and firm operations, while supporting client service activities and learning the asset management business.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, organizational and project/people management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with Client Service Manager teams, Coordinators and Relationship Managers.
• Assist Client Service Associates with scheduling and arranging onsite client meetings (presentation materials, refreshments, conference rooms).
• Performs specialized duties to support teams and ensure smooth operations.
• Establishes, maintains and enhances administrative policies and projects.
