Job summary

Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) invites you to join our Service Center Internship in Boston as part of a 10-12 week summer program. Interns work full-time (35-40 hours/week) and are paid hourly.

The role focuses on client services, performance of department duties, and participation in structured learning activities designed to grow expertise in investing and mutual funds. Hybrid work environment with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze reports for accuracy and MFSC policies compliance.
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports to satisfy departmental objectives.
• Interact with other departments to facilitate resolution of questions and concerns.
• Provide feedback to internal departments and assist in problem resolution.
• May communicate with internal and external clients to resolve processing issues.
• Participate in special projects related to department goals.
• Assist cross-training initiatives to support department objectives.
• Assist with requests from internal and external auditors.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
