Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design required.
• 4+ years of industrial design experience.
• 3+ years in hard goods design execution.
• Portfolio showing design thinking, prototyping and iteration.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Knowledge of materials for hard/packaged goods production.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, marketing and manufacturing.
• Role not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer insights into new, unique products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, NPD, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Develop ergonomic, form and function concepts for hard goods.
• Create 2D/3D renders and rapid prototypes.
• Test looks-like and functional prototypes through rapid prototyping.
• Develop supplier relationships to accelerate product implementation.
• Balance aesthetic design with technical feasibility.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into development.
