FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY is seeking an Consumer Lending Indirect Processor to support the lending department by processing indirect loan applications and coordinating with dealerships. The role requires 3+ years in consumer lending, an NMLS license, and Lending Certification, with strong Excel/Word skills and ARCOS/Seamless/DNA experience.

Work hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Wednesday off.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
3 years in Consumer Lending, preferably indirect processing with dealerships.
Lending Certified.
NMLS License.
Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with ARCOS, Seamless, and DNA systems.

Responsibilities

Review Loan Applications for completeness and accuracy.
Process and fund loans with proper documentation and ledger mappings.
Track loan application status and liaise with dealers to resolve funding issues.
Handle dealer inquiries within service level guidelines and update LOS status.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless processing, lien perfection, and onboarding.
Address compliance and audit issues and provide resolutions.
