Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in program coordination, student services, event planning or related experience.
• Experience engaging with graduate-level academic community and managing programs independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse groups.
• Experience with budgeting and coordinating with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training for graduate students focused on inclusion and belonging.
• Lead orientation sessions for new graduate students to emphasize inclusive values.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on multicultural awareness and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with school partners to support inclusion and belonging activities and events.
• Support climate surveys and listening hours with the Associate Dean for Inclusion & Diversity.
• Lead committees and tasks forces related to inclusion and community building.
