Job summary

The College of Education at the University of Washington invites applications for a one-year Temporary Program Coordinator to support ConnectEd. The role will provide administrative and daily program support and is primarily located at Miller Hall on the UW Seattle campus with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

You will coordinate budgets, procurement, contracts, invoicing, events, meetings, and communications, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supporting educational programs or clerical work.
• Experience with budgeting processes and reporting.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program activities and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate communications and outreach, including emails and flyers.
• Plan and coordinate events and meetings with on-site and virtual components.
• Support procurement, contracts, and invoicing processes.
• Assist with budgeting and travel if required.
