Job summary

The Foster School of Business invites applicants for an Inclusion and Community Program Manager to foster an inclusive graduate community. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Inclusion & Diversity, the role develops co-curricular learning experiences, supports underrepresented students, and partners with faculty, staff, and student leaders to create belonging.

Responsibilities include delivering training, leading orientation, coordinating events, managing budgets, and collaborating with UW

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in program coordination, student services, event planning or related experience.
  • Experience engaging with graduate-level academic communities and independently launching programs.
  • Strong communication across diverse demographics and effective budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training to strengthen inclusion and belonging for graduate students.
  • Lead orientation sessions and support transitions for new students.
  • Coordinate community-building activities and events with campus partners.
  • Assist with climate surveys and listening hours in partnership with leadership.
  • Manage program budgets and provide reporting on outcomes.
