Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role in Janesville, WI. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with orders, pricing, returns, and invoicing while navigating multiple systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls—delivering quality customer service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Navigate multiple computer screens, software programs, and databases to resolve inquiries.
• Assist customers with order placement, product information/identification, pricing, invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and returns.
• Communicate clearly via phone and written messages, maintaining attention to detail.
