Job summary

ROW Educational Services seeks a Special Education Case Manager to coordinate IEP meetings, manage student caseloads, and advocate for comprehensive services across multiple schools. The role blends remote work with on-site visits to ensure direct contact with students, teachers, and staff.

The candidate will track services, maintain IEP files, develop behavior and transition plans, and participate in professional development and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education preferred.
• Credential in Special Education or equivalent.
• Two years of special education teaching experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Suite and IEP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IEP meetings and ensure timely completion of IEPs and services.
• Collect and analyze data related to student performance and progress; enter data into platforms.
• Develop and monitor Behavior and Transition Plans; support teachers and TAs.
• Plan and conduct Beginning of Year PD and compliance workshops.
