Job summary

Objectway in Milan seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead complex technology programs, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and quality targets. You will plan, coordinate and oversee technical work, manage stakeholders, and drive risk and quality controls across multi‑supplier teams.

The role requires PMP certification, strong leadership and the ability to operate in a multicultural environment. Hybrid working and a performance‑driven package are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex ICT projects.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
• Skills in infrastructure, applications and systems integration.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural and multi-supplier teams.
• Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work in complex and structured environments.
• Independent management of priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.
• Develop detailed project plans with activities, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate kick-off and planning with internal/external teams.
• Monitor technical aspects ensuring alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions.
• Validate analyses, designs and test plans.
• Plan and manage resources, monitor workloads and availability.
• Coordinate with managers to define requirements.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and conduct steering meetings.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT and vendors.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans, ensure quality standards.
