Job summary

Target is seeking a Lead Program Manager for HVAC Operations to own vendor strategies and programs across ~2,000 shops. You will drive data-driven decisions to reduce costs, improve asset uptime, and enhance guest experiences. Build cross-functional relationships and lead teams to execute complex initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. Hybrid work options may apply, with responsibilities spanning remote and onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of business experience.
• Experience managing multiple large initiatives, companies, and contracts.
• Ability to leverage internal and external data, trends, and insights to build long-range strategies and solve complex problems.
• History of bringing multiple teams together to build relationships and drive actionable results.
• Ability to recognize, synthesize, and lead technical programs and project teams.
• Ability to balance long-term direction with solving critical issues.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
