Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead health, safety, and environment practices on assigned sites across North America. You will provide expert guidance to operations teams and clients, mentor HSE personnel, and ensure safety program compliance with industry standards.

You will navigate hazard assessments, audits, incident investigations, and return-to-work processes, with up to 50–75% travel and a hybrid work arrangement that includes on-site duties at Ledcor sites.

Formación

• One or more years of practical experience as an HSE professional - telecommunications experience is preferred
• Formal Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) education is an asset
• Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to communicate persuasively and influence stakeholders across all levels of project hierarchy, fostering cooperation and compliance with HSE standards
• Ability to pass all pre-access requirements including clean driver's abstract and drug screen and breathalyzer

Responsabilidades

• Hazard Assessments, Inspections, and Audits: develop hazard assessments, identify unsafe conditions, report findings and verify corrective actions
• HSE Process Guidance: provide on-site guidance on HS&E programs and safety systems
• Mentorship and Support: mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors
• Data Collection and Reporting: assess corrective actions and analyze safety data to recommend improvements
• Incident Management: lead complex investigations and train teams on processes
• Injury Management: support return-to-work and preventive safety measures
