Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead health, safety and environment practices at project sites across North America. You will provide expert advice to operations teams and clients and guide HS&E personnel.

The role includes hazard assessments, incident investigations, mentorship, and data-driven safety improvements. Hybrid work is offered with travel up to 50–75% between Ledcor sites.

Formación

• One or more years of practical experience as an HSE professional; telecommunications experience is preferred.
• Formal Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) education is an asset.
• Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to communicate persuasively and influence stakeholders across all levels of project hierarchy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hazard assessments, inspections, and audits and report findings with corrective actions.
• Provide on-site guidance to operations on HS&E programs and emergency response.
• Mentor and coach HSE Coordinators and Advisors to improve effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze safety data to recommend improvements and track corrective actions.
• Lead complex incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support supervisors in managing injuries and return-to-work processes.
