Job summary

TridentCare is seeking an HRIS Service Center Associate to join its HR Shared Services team in a hybrid role serving Carrollton, TX or Columbus, OH. You will handle HRIS transactions, data management in UKG, and employee inquiries with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Ideal candidates have HR Shared Services experience and UKG knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of HR, HRIS, Payroll, or HR Service Center experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or similar UKG platforms.
• Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Service Center environment preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS and HR-related employee inquiries.
• Respond to requests submitted through service tickets, phone, email, and self-service channels.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support while meeting SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Benefits, or HR Business Partners as needed.
• Educate employees and managers on HR processes and self-service tools.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including: New hires, Transfers, Promotions, Compensation changes, Organizational changes, Leaves, Terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within UKG.
• Audit HR data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support organizational structure maintenance, position management, and reporting relationships.
• Assist with mass uploads, data imports, and system updates.
• Act as a subject matter expert for UKG and related HR systems.
• Troubleshoot system access, workflow, and data issues.
• Support testing and validation for system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee self-service adoption and efficiency.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports using UKG reporting tools.
• Assist in HR audits and compliance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations and data privacy.
• Support workforce analytics and HR metrics reporting.
