Job summary

Trident Care is seeking an HRIS Service Center Associate to support HRIS transactions, data management, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This role acts as the primary contact for HR inquiries, delivering customer-focused service and ensuring accurate processing of lifecycle events in UKG.

You will maintain data integrity, assist with reporting, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to resolve complex issues while supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in HR, HRIS, Payroll, or HR service center.
• Experience with UKG (UKG Pro/UKG Ready) preferred.
• Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HRIS and HR inquiries.
• Process HRIS transactions and lifecycle events in UKG.
• Audit HR data and ensure data integrity.
