EduCare Foundation is hiring an HRIS and Technology Operations Specialist in Van Nuys, CA, a hybrid role. You will maintain employee records in Paylocity, generate workforce reports, and provide day-to-day technology support across the organization.

This role partners with Payroll, Finance, and Program Operations to keep data accurate and systems reliable. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR operations or HRIS, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Sheets, plus comfort with Google Workspace

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, business, information systems or analytics).
• At least two years’ HR operations, HRIS administration, data reporting, or tech support experience.
• Experience using Paylocity or a similar HRIS.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform HRIS data integrity tasks and manage Paylocity data changes.
• Produce routine and ad hoc workforce reports for leadership and audits.
• Maintain equipment inventories and provide basic tech support.
• Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Program Operations.
