Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks an HR Generalist to provide staff support, training, and employee relations. This on-site role partners with local management to interpret HR policies and deliver learning programs. Occasional remote work is possible and sponsorship is not available.

The role handles recruitment, onboarding, orientation, investigations, and performance processes, with a strong focus on GMP-related training and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required with high school diploma.
• 3–5 years of strong HR Generalist experience.
• 1–3 years training experience in GMP is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills and HRIS understanding.
• Proficiency in Windows Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday).
• Ability to design and deliver dynamic presentations for departments’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support to local management including counseling and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Serve as daily contact for site staff on benefits, compensation, and general concerns.
• Conduct investigative interviews and determine appropriate actions with compliance considerations.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt roles at the site.
• Conduct new employee orientation and distribute onboarding materials.
• Conduct exit interviews and investigate key concerns.
• Facilitate performance review processes semi-annually and annually.
• Assist in design and delivery of GMP and trainer-related programs.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Filing, auditing, and archiving tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
