Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks and screenings.
• Coordinate communication with vendors, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Track and update candidate status throughout the process.
• Support posting requisitions in ATS and SuccessFactors.
• Identify and propose efficiencies within ATS workflows.
• Post and maintain external job postings on 3rd-party boards and social media.
• Respond to inquiries from hiring managers and candidates; route to HR staff as needed.
• Assist with special projects and participate in hiring events as needed.
