The ideal candidate has a BS in CS or related field, several years supporting business applications, and strong SQL, ITIL/ITSM knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting business applications and managing security access.
• Data analysis to identify issues and determine resolutions.
• Discretion with confidential information; SDLC and best practices.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries.
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies.
