Job summary

The Virginia Housing Development Authority is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to provide technical support, process improvements, and configuration/testing of HR systems. You will work with HR and IT teams to ensure secure access, perform data analysis to resolve issues, and develop end-user documentation and training.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, similar degree or equivalent work experience.
• A few years’ experience supporting business applications and managing security accesses.
• Performing data analysis to identify issues and determine resolutions
• Required discretion with access to confidential information, practice of SDLC and applications best practices
• Working knowledge of SQL queries.
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR systems which support HR, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and other HR related functions.
• Adept at learning various vendor systems, including configuration tools specific to each application
