Job summary

Deltek seeks a Principal HR Business Partner to partner with Finance, Business Transformation, Legal and Enterprise Security. You will advise executives, translate priorities into people plans, and lead complex HR initiatives across global functions in a hybrid work model with the Herndon office.

You will influence organization design, workforce planning, talent decisions, and employee relations, while partnering with Legal and regional HR teams to ensure compliant, high-impact people strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience advising senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives and leaders on complex people and org decisions.
• Influence organization design and workforce planning for assigned units.
• Manage complex employee relations matters from assessment to resolution.
