Qualifications

• This position requires a relevant post-Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant Human Resource, Business Operations, or Information Technology experience, or a relevant undergraduate degree with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a substitute for the advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional process and project teams with consultative guidance to improve processes, technical enhancements, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with UHR, campus divisions, and IT partners to identify barriers and maintain momentum on shared priorities.
• Translate legislative changes and requirements into functional requirements and automated system logic to support compliant HR workflows.

Education

Post-Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with 3+ years HR/Business Operations/IT experience
