Southern California Edison is seeking a Human Resources Senior Project Manager. You will lead high-impact HR initiatives, partnering with senior leaders, teams, and vendors to translate strategy into results while enhancing the employee experience and enabling people to thrive.

In this role, you will drive change management, implement ROI tracking, and oversee project health with dashboards and reporting tools. Hybrid work in California is supported and relocation is not required.

Formación

• Ten+ years of experience in human resources project management.
• Experience leading large, complex projects impacting HR strategy and business objectives.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, teams and vendors to deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Manages one or more large, mid- to long-term HR projects with accountability for results.
• Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
• Engages senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues and HR strategy.
