Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an HR Specialist to optimize HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive data accuracy, reporting, and employee relations matters to support a high-performing workforce.

The role balances day-to-day HR support with proactive initiatives to improve retention, safety culture, and employee experience, including payroll coordination and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills.
• Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS and Operations teams to champion a strong safety culture.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability.
• Promote positive associate relations by resolving associate concerns proactively and providing excellent service.
• Serve as the main Timekeeper for Fiberon, coordinating with Payroll for weekly payroll processing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service levels across the organization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow tools.
• Support onboarding, employee records management, status changes, and offboarding activities.
• Ensure HR transactions are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
