Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Pasadena, CA seeks a Human Resources Associate Manager (CFT) to partner with HR Leadership and Senior Leaders. You will guide organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support department goals and long-term growth.

You will develop leadership capabilities, support People Planning, manage associate relations, and ensure talent decisions align with our mission and culture, driving HR excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business and/or HR majors and PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, with minimum of three years HR Generalist experience in employee relations, training and development, and recruiting.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Coaches senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and talent development.
• Develops and executes People Planning strategies and assesses leadership capability and succession planning.
• Guides associate relations, conducts investigations, and recommends actions to mitigate risk.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to staff high-quality associates aligned with culture and mission.
• Supports HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and engagement.
