Job summary

ClearpointCo is seeking an organized HR Coordinator / HR Operations Coordinator for a long-term contract in the Odessa/Midland, Texas area. This hybrid role combines onsite and remote work to support a broad range of HR functions and ensure accurate personnel records and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits support, payroll/timekeeping, HR reporting, employee relations, and recruitment coordination while maintaining confidentiality and high standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources or HR coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions, not just recruiting.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding, benefits, HR compliance and payroll.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; data-entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR programs and activities.
• Serve as a resource for employees on HR questions and documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HR records.
• Process status changes and HR-related transactions.
• Assist with Verification of Employment (VOE) requests.
• Coordinate new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation.
• Support transfers, promotions, and other personnel actions.
• Assist with offboarding and termination-related documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Maintain HR systems and internal records.
