Job summary

Hyve is hiring an HR Operations Associate in New York to support global HR operations alongside HRBPs and Payroll. You will deliver an outstanding employee experience, ensuring data privacy and compliance while collaborating with IT, Facilities, and Finance.

You will drive onboarding, employee data changes, benefits administration, and HR reporting, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in HR Administration/Associate/Coordinator roles.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to upskill in global HR employment law and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR operations queries and provide guidance on policies.
• Monitor the HR Inbox in collaboration with HR Operations Advisor.
• Lead onboarding sessions and welcome new team members to Hyve.
• Manage employee changes under guidance of HRBPs; handle offboarding.
• Full benefits administration for US employees including Health Insurance.
• Support salary reviews and bonus schemes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records and ensure privacy compliance per region.
• Stay up to date with US employment law changes.
• Become a subject matter expert across the HR Tech Stack: HiBob, Go1, CultureAmp.
• Collaborate on continuous HR tech improvements and automation.
