Palladium, based in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior Associate, Human Resources (HR) to support HR operations across the Americas. The role will be the first HR contact for Palladium’s Americas employees and will administer HR systems, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and payroll coordination with Finance.

In this hybrid role, you will work with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and Facilities to ensure Day 1 readiness and a smooth employee lifecycle, from hiring through offboarding.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years HR experience in US multi-state populations.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, onboarding, payroll coordination.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Serve as first HR contact for Palladium Americas employees.
• Administer internal/external HR systems, benefits, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support semi-monthly payroll by coordinating with Finance.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Facilities.
• Handle HR filing, invoices, and process improvement initiatives.
