Job summary

PPG is seeking a Regional HR Business Services Leader, Americas, to shape how HR delivers value across the Americas. You will lead HR delivery across the Americas, translating business priorities into practical, measurable outcomes while ensuring compliance and service excellence.

Based onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Flexible Fridays, you will partner with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence and site leaders to align workforce strategy with productivity and cost

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HR leadership with a generalist foundation
• Leadership of HR Business Services at scale across multiple countries in the Americas
• Deep Employee and Labor Relations expertise in complex environments
• Manufacturing/site exposure and ability to connect workforce decisions to productivity and cost
• Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement in a global matrix organization
• Strong judgement and executive influence for compliant decisions in high-pressure situations
• Degree in Law, HR, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred
• US work eligibility: citizens, green card holders or eligible refugees/asylees

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable, customer-focused HR delivery across the employee lifecycle
• Advise regional and global leaders on workforce strategy and labor relations
• Translate business priorities into regional implementation plans with ownership and governance
• Strengthen HR partnerships at country, site and plant levels
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement using data and digital tools
• Build and evolve a high-performing HR Business Services organization
