Fulton Bank is seeking an Employee Services Administrator to join the HR Employee Services Group. This full-time, hybrid role supports onboarding, employee changes, communications, knowledge management, and general operations to improve the digital employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service experience in call center, email, or personal environment.
• 2+ years within a Human Resources department providing support for HRIS/Data Management, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration and/or time system administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-hire process for new employees including communications and background screening.
• Process employee changes, onboarding, and offboarding with HR partners to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries via email, ticketing system, and live bot; escalate complex inquiries as needed.
• Support time and attendance processing and benefits administration, including medical enrollment and 401(k) programs.
