Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience, including 2–3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience leading and developing HR team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two HR Generalists and provide coaching and workload management.
• Lead day-to-day HR operations and remain hands-on with HR activities.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communications.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, benefits, HRIS updates, and documentation.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs, including open enrollment.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, performance issues, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel records; prepare reports and metrics for leadership.
• Coordinate training, development programs, and employee engagement activities.
