Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor for assigned academic units on faculty and staff matters.
• Interpret and apply university policies, collective bargaining agreements, and employment programs.
• Manage faculty employment actions including recruitment, appointments, leaves and sabbaticals.
• Provide consultation on personnel implications of organizational changes.
• Handle high-volume transactional HR workload with advisory duties.
