The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the HR AssociateDirector. This position designs, implements, and monitors varioushuman resources (HR) functional programs at the university andsupervises a team of HR Generalists. They also assist in strategydevelopment to ensure the unit is able to process and supportworkforce needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
