Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader, US Commercial to lead employee relations across a large, complex commercial and field sales organization. The role will report to the Head of HR, Spine, Sports, and CMF, and will partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance to deliver fair, timely, and business-focused solutions.

The position supports investigations, policy interpretation, and employee risk mitigation while aligning with company goals during the planned DePuy Synthes

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Employment Relations, Law, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in employee relations, human resources, labor and employment, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, employee relations principles, investigation practices, and performance-management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary employee relations subject-matter expert for designated U.S. Orthopaedics commercial and field sales organizations, providing practical guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, workplace conduct, and corrective action.
• Independently manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations matters from intake through resolution, including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance concerns, workplace conflict, grievances, and policy violations.
• Plan and conduct objective, thorough, and timely workplace investigations; assess evidence, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in partnership with HR, Legal, and business leaders.
• Interpret and apply company policies and applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment requirements to promote fair, consistent, and compliant employment practices.
