• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration, Employment Relations, Law, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and ER practices.
• Ability to independently manage complex ER cases and investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary ER SME for designated U.S. Orthopaedics commercial teams.
• Independently manage complex ER matters from intake to resolution, including investigations.
• Conduct objective workplace investigations and document findings.
• Interpret and apply U.S. employment laws and company policies.
• Advise leaders on risk, options, and actions balancing business needs and fairness.
• Provide ER guidance on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce actions.
• Identify trends from case data to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Maintain confidential case documentation and governance.
