The position requires strong investigation skills, solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion. Travel up to ~20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, employment relations, law, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and investigation practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary employee relations expert for designated U.S. orthopaedics commercial and field sales.
• Independently manage complex, sensitive employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
• Plan and conduct objective workplace investigations and document findings.
