• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to document and present complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary employee relations expert for designated U.S. orthopaedics commercial and field teams.
• Independently manage complex, sensitive ER matters from intake through resolution, including investigations.
• Plan, conduct, and document workplace investigations with cross-functional partners.
